Removal Pricing

The removal quote is based on the distance you're travelling, on the amount of the household items and on any other specific requirements you have.

Packaging Materials

Where do I get my packaging materials?

We can provide you with all the necessary packaging materials or you can purchase your own materials on our website.

Do you deliver and collect packaging materials?

As soon as you confirm your moving date with us we can deliver your packaging materials. You will be asked to pay the deposit to cover the cost of the materials. When you unpack your boxes we will come to collect the boxes and will refund the deposit.

Do you provide a packing service?

Yes, we can do all your packing or just part of it for additional charge.


Do I have to sign a Contract?

Yes, you do. Please download your copy by following the link.

Will my belongings be covered?

Yes, your items will be under the cover of our GIT and Public Liability Insurances during the handling and while in transit.

On the Moving Day

What time do you arrive?

The team usually arrives at 9am if another time hasn't been requested.

What is included?

  • manpower
  • removal vehicle(s)
  • protecting the furniture
  • disassembling and assembling service
  • un-plumbing and plumbing appliances

Do you protect the furniture?

Yes. We use stretch film to protect soft furniture and cardboard to protect glass and wooden surfaces.

Do I have to empty my chests of drawers?

You can leave the drawers full as long as they are strong enough to support their own weight.

Do I have to dismantle the furniture?

You can if you wish to. But our team will do it for you.

Can you empty my old property by 1pm?

Yes, we will empty the house by 1pm. 

For bigger houses we will do all the preparations one or two days in advance.

Payments and Feedbacks

When do I pay for the service?

You have to make the payment once the job is complete.

How do I pay for the service?

We accept:

Do not forget to notify your Doctors, Dentists, mobile telephone providers, Insurance Companies, BT, Council, Utility Providers, TV Licensing, Banks, Solicitors, DVLA. Arrange for your mail to be re-directed at the Post Office or on their web site.  


Moving house could be very exciting for children. To keep them occupied, pack their favourite toys/books in a separate and clearly marked box for easy access.

Please remember to keep you documents, valuables and personal belongings in a safe place with you on your moving day.

Mobile Phones

Please remember to charge your mobile on the removal day, so you can stay in touch with the removal team to ensure that your move runs smoothly and efficiently.


Please do not forget to empty and defrost your Fridge freezers. Transfer the food into plastic bags or plastic containers.


Please check if there are any parking restrictions. The parking permit should be arranged with the local Council at least 10 days in advance before your moving day.
